Placeholder Menu

The 1.7 release includes a new Placeholder Menu. When creating a template in the Template Editor, you will now be able to enter a placeholder with a single click. The Placeholder Menu lists all of the existing placeholder in the alert and will update to include any new ones you add.

Additional Community User Support

New FAQs have been added to the community member support webpage. Links have been added directly to the registration pages in order to support users directly. The ‘Submit a Question’ option continues to allow users to contact the support team for direct assistance.

Community member support website, FAQs and Submit a Question feature, are available in French.

Alert Editor Confirmations

Additional checks, warning message and confirmation menus have been added to the Alert Editor.

This includes a warning message reminding administrators to review every zone in the Alert Preview prior to activation.

A reminder to remove specific variables from alerts posted to a Public Portal, and improved badge visuals on large region alerts in both the Alert Editor and the Public Portal have also been added.

A New Look

Refreshed brand and visual identity to reflect the simple, sleek and intuitive nature of our service/platform. To match with the new website the administrator and community user accounts have been edited to include the new logo. Updated versions of the Mobile Apps with the new logo will be released soon.
