User Groups Overview
User Groups are a valuable feature of Voyent Alert. Region Administrators can create any amount of User Groups and populate them with relevant community staff members such as public works or emergency services. When creating an alert, an administrator can choose to send a notification to only specific User Groups rather than to the general registered public.
1) Select User Groups from the left side menu. This option is only available with Premium Level accounts.
2) From this view you can add a new group, edit an existing group or delete a group.
