Voice recipients can submit a response via phone number-pad entry

In order to provide a way for Voice / Phone recipients to participate in the Recipient Response system we have added support for reading the Question and Answers in a Voice menu-type format where each response would have a corresponding digit that the user could press on their phone to select.

The phone script will prompt the recipient to choose an available response via an associated digit press:

Example:

Press 1 for Yes

Press 2 for No

Press 3 for Not Applicable

If the Recipient Response record contains an enabled “Receipt Confirmation”, then the following is read in Voice notifications:

“Press 1 to confirm receipt of this notification.”

“Press 9 to repeat this message.”
