Drive BC Alert Integration

New in our 1.8.2 release is Drive BC integration, this works similarly to our Environment Canada weather alert integration or our Tsunami warning integrations. Once enabled, an administrative recipient group will be notified for any Drive BC Alerts that meet the selected filters. From there they can choose to revise and send that alert out to the community if required.

This feature can be enabled from the external alert providers tab of the region details page.

Environment Canada French Support (for French-enabled regions)

Previously our Environment Canada public weather alerts were unavailable for French enabled regions. Now they can be enabled and the alerts will be sent to the specified administrative recipient group with the FR prefix for easy sorting.

All Time Activity Reporting

Activity reports have been updated with an additional All Time check box which will display all past account activity.

Alert Activation Groups for All & Critical Alerts

A specific administrative recipient group can now be selected independently to receive notifications when All Alerts go out and also for Critical Alerts only.

Recipient Response Map Name Display

The recipient response map feature can now display respondents location pins coupled with their names for easy identification.
