Voyent Alert! ships with a default template library.
Alert templates can be customized by any admin, or created from scratch.
Templates contain Alert Zones:
- When activated any end user with a location (fixed or mobile) will be alerted with the message tied to the zone they are in.
- System defaults to the most urgent / inner-most zone when sending a message.
- Zones can be stacked or separated.
- Each zone must have a distinct message.
Template messages can be personalized using system Variables such as Direction and Distance etc. Read more about Variables here.
