Admin Management Overview
Voyent Alert! has 2 levels of Administrator; Region Administrator and Alert Administrator. There may be a limit to the amount of administrators that can be created within your account.
Region Admins have the following permissions:
- Appoint and manage new Region Admins
- Appoint and manage new Alert Admins
- Delete Admins
- Edit Region Information
- Access Activity and Billing Reports
- Create User Groups
- Add and delete User Group members
- Use mobile alerting
- Send / modify / end alerts
- Add / modify / delete alert templates
Alert Admins have the following permissions:
- Use mobile alerting
- Send / modify / end alerts
- Add / modify / delete alert templates
All Administrators must register as end users to receive alerts.
